AEG won a 4 year IDIQ to supply Circuit Breakers, Disconnect Switches and Instrument Transformers to the Southwestern Power Administration.

Academy Energy Group provided the Department of Energy with 115kV Capacitor Banks & managed the logistics for a substation upgrade project.

Academy Energy Group’s President, Bill Morrison, was selected by AT&T to participate in their Operation Hand Salute Business Development program. This program was a six month Business Mentoring and Development program provided by AT&T and their Partnership with the John F. Kennedy School of Entrepreneurship.

SCHEDULE: All items arrived by the required delivery date

MANAGEMENT: Management has been very responsive to all inquiries and provided timely responses to all our questions. Academy Energy Group Professional personnel; were great to work with. They ensured close coordination with Western employees as the delivery date approached to ensure all parties are aware of the upcoming delivery and all coordinations have been completed. Saving time and effort for all Western employees involved including the Contracting Officer, Project Manager, and the engineers. All required test reports have been received timely.

ADDITIONAL/OTHER: I definitely would recommend Academy Energy Group for awards as they are very professional and responsible at what they do.

RECOMMENDATION: Given what I know today about the contractor's ability to perform in accordance with this contract or order's most significant requirements, I would recommend them for similar requirements in the future.
