Project Overview:
- The 1000 S Michigan Avenue project, now known as 1000M, is a 73-story luxury apartment tower located in Chicago’s South Loop, designed by the late architect Helmut Jahn. The tower features 738 luxury rental units and boasts community spaces, including the city’s highest residential observation deck on level 73. Delivered all Electrical Distribution Components (from Utility to circuit breakers in the load centers in each residential unit). 70+ floors, with over 600 residential units, totaling 14K+ items delivered. Our floor-by-floor reconciliation process identified shortages on equipment that prevented unnecessary delays in construction. Successfully managed 20+ change orders to minimize impact to construction schedule. Ensured billing and payments were executed across 200+ invoices, which ensured the manufacturer was paid on time.
